How to brush

  1. Put a pea-size amount of fluoride toothpaste for children two and up
  2. Use short, back and forth strokes on the chewing surfaces
  3. Brush two or three teeth at a time
  4. Clean outer tooth surfaces by lacing the toothbrush at a 45 degree angle toward the gum line
  5. Use gentle strokes, moving the brush back and forth against the teeth and gums
  6. Clean the inner tooth surfaces by holding the brush vertically and using gentle up-and-down strokes with the tip of the brush
  7. Replace toothbrush every three months, or sooner if bristles are worn
